Summary
U.C.C. § 2-313, Express Warranties by Affirmation, Promise, Description or Sample, provides that any affirmation of fact or promise relating to the good made by the seller to the buyer, any description of the goods, or any sample or model which becomes part of the basis of the bargain creates an express warranty that the goods will conform to such affirmation or promise, description of the goods, or sample or model.
