Summary
28 U.S.C. § 2467 provides that the United States may enforce a forfeiture or confiscation judgment on behalf of a foreign nation if the foreign nation’s request to do so is approved by the Attorney General of a designee thereof and the judgment was based on proper jurisdiction, under a system that provided due process, and not obtained fraudulently.
