Definitions
“The Council” means the Council of the Trust established by the National Trust Act. (NTA, Art. 2)
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for the subject of National Trust. (NTA, Art. 2)
“Trust” means the Saint Lucia National Trust established by the National Trust Act. (NTA, Art. 2)
“Trust Property” means any property of any kind owned by the Trust. (NTA, Art. 2)
