Theft of Major Artwork, 18 U.S.C. § 668 (2007)
Theft of Major Artwork, 18 U.S.C. § 668, makes it a crime, subject to a fine, ten years in prison, or both, for a person to steal or fraudulently obtain an object of cultural heritage from a museum in the United States or for someone to receive, conceal, exhibit, or dispose of such an object knowing that it has been stolen or obtained by fraud.
