Bennington Museum Theft: Recovery Reported

300 works worth over $1 million stolen Dec 31, 1985; raids in Buffalo and Orlando, Florida, recover most of the art. Buffalo antique dealer John Ozolins arrested.

Reward for Farny
$20,000 for H. F. Farny and six other paintings by Vogt, Volkert and Barillot) stolen from a Cincinnati gallery in May 1985.

Recoveries

Hanover, Pennsylvania: $2 million of art silver and jewelry, including works by Chagall, Ernst, Miró, and Picasso from a home. Two men wanted for questioning.
